Please explain the issue you experienced in the most condensed way possible
The tooltip for Princely Elective succession mentions that Ostmark is one of the elector titles, but the Duchy of Ostmark was renamed to the Duchy of Nordmark in patch 1.1. The Duke of Nordmark is indeed an elector, and the tooltip should say as much.
Please explain how to reproduce the issue
Start a game where the Holy Roman Empire has formed, click on the Holy Roman Empire title and mouse over the words "Princely Elective" to read the outdated tooltip.
Is there anything else you think could help us identify/replicate the issue?
