Please explain the issue you experienced in the most condensed way possible
My tax income is reduced by 10% after I acquired the perk "Absolute Control" even though I quite sure that - going by its description - it should be increased by 10% instead.
I do use mods, but the screenshot is taken after I restarted the game with all mods deactivated.
I don't have a safe file from before I acquired the perk anymore.

Please explain how to reproduce the issue

I have the exact same problem. This continued through my heir who doesnt even have this perk.
Verifying game files or restarting does not help. Version 1.0.3 and no mods.
