Please explain the issue you experienced in the most condensed way possible
Joined the peasant revolt of one of my vassals only to notice that the peasant army was sitting in the river not moving. It refuses to move and it looks like I have to wait out the war score which will take ages.

Please explain how to reproduce the issue
Peasant army sitting in the chiefdom of Gao river. Playing as an emperor. Peasant army is small, 236 size, and might not be able to siege their target.

Is there anything else you think could help us identify/replicate the issue?

I'd like to take a closer look at this issue. However it's incredibly specific and would be hard to reproduce on my end. Could you please upload the game file where this is occurring?
