See screenshot attached.

the woman is the betrothed of my son.

You can see on the left the woman betrothed is not betrothed to the son...

So... what the hell?

Please explain how to reproduce the issue
take save, wait for the child to come in age and... hope that you have the same bug.

Edit after the wedding, nothing changes. Bug remains.
Edit: after reloading, bug remains. That's good news for you. Worst for me^^.
Is there anything else you think could help us identify/replicate the issue?

Edit: breaking the betrothal, it results in this:

The woman is married to the man to whom she was only "betrothed" and my son is not betrothed (obviously) anymore.
