Please explain the issue you experienced in the most condensed way possible
idk is it on here, since i cant ctrl+F what i need during how the website made, but ill post anyway. I got at least 3 ironman playthroughs, i just dont get any university bonuses, exept special ones (Cairo, Siena etc.) First time i noticed this problem was half a year ago, still not fixed((

Just build a university (not a unique one, like Naples, Bologna, any basic one) and investigate your char
