Please explain the issue you experienced in the most condensed way possible
When playing as a scandinavian-culture that is not norse-culture, you dont have access to the new norse legacies, even if the character is asatru.

Please explain how to reproduce the issue
play any asatru character in the 1066 start, for example.

Is there anything else you think could help us identify/replicate the issue?

Wouldn't that be as designed, to reflect that the Viking age is over by 1066 ?

They are accessible to dynasties who unlocked them before the culture split, which makes sense to me. If raiding hasn't be your focus in the 1st hundred years of your game, you're chosing not to play the viking game to its fullest, which could be construed as your dynasty pursuing other ways to last through the ages, and therefore losing touch with what being Norse meant.

Thanks for the report! This isn't intended as you should be able to start with these legacies available, as long as you fulfill the requirements. The issue is already in our database and we will be looking into it.

As of the new update 1.5, the same issue as mentioned above returned: the norse legacies are disabled in the 1066 start.
was this intentional or will it get fixed?
