Please explain the issue you experienced in the most condensed way possible
Levies only raise to a fraction of their maximum limit and never grow any further. This happens when generally raising or when raising in a particular location. This has only happened since my first character died.
Please explain how to reproduce the issue
Started the game as ruler of Ulster in the earliest year possible. Conquered Oriel, Breifne, Ossory, Desmond and Morgannwg. converted to Catholicism, joined the crusade for Jerusalem. First character then died and realm was split between my heir and his brother. Year is now 878 AD and I cannot raise levies properly despite them being fully replenished.
Is there anything else you think could help us identify/replicate the issue?
