Please explain the issue you experienced in the most condensed way possible
Noticed that a several Indian rulers in the 867 bookmark are either naked or in prison rags - and so is their spouses.

Please explain how to reproduce the issue
Just open the game and look

Is there anything else you think could help us identify/replicate the issue?

If they are following the Yapaniya Faith that is intended behavior. They have the Natural Primitivism tenet which means they are nudists.

Fix: turn off nudity in game settings
