Please explain the issue you experienced in the most condensed way possible
Roughly 5-10 minutes after launching the game, the game freezes up completely. The music stops, all visuals are frozen, it is impossible to move the cursor, and the only way to escape this frozen state is by manually shutting down the computer.

Is there anything else you think could help us identify/replicate the issue?
I recently updated my Mac to the latest operating system (Catalina) and the issue has only occurred since I did so.
