Please explain the issue you experienced in the most condensed way possible
As seen in the screenshots. my FPS (upper left corner) is roughly halved from what it should be (having about 70-80fps in the first screenshot). then as i click on the county ,FPS increases to 110FPS roughly.Its clearly seen in the screenshot. FPS of about 70-80 is not right, i have usually about 115-120 in this area when everyhting is working as intended (when its not roughly halved for some reason). so theres like a 5-10 fps leak i suspect* and theres some sort of almost Halving of the FPS (fps being reduced by 40-50%). This happens without and with mods, makes no difference. Issue is likely to happen 50% of the times on average
Please explain how to reproduce the issue
Not 100% sure but it seems that changing settings in -game usually causes this and/OR when using ultra textures. i am not really sure, all i know its not the case of " PC not being powerful enough" , its clear from the way it transpires. (got slightly better hardware than recomended)i have the savegame but its likely irrelevant.
Is there anything else you think could help us identify/replicate the issue?
