Please explain the issue you experienced in the most condensed way possible
1) My son and player heir was married to a Duchess
2) He get's the great pox
3) He gets "denied marriage bed -1000% fertility" by AI's decision
4) She then divorces him
5) I get to play as him and somehow he gets better and no longer has the great pox
6) I re-marry as him, he is pox-free and has a new wife, he still has the debuff, -1000% fertility
7) He can't make new kids for no real reason

Please explain how to reproduce the issue
Get great pox, get denied marriage bed by event, re-marry.
I don't think that being healed from the pox should matter either, tbh, I think a new spouse should be given the same event again, that would be more logical, imo.

Is there anything else you think could help us identify/replicate the issue?
I don't see the point in attaching the save since that guys died already and the debuff isn't shown on dead people, but will anyway. The guy in question is King Olav III, you can see that his latest wife has no kids despite being married to him since she was like 20.
