Please explain the issue you experienced in the most condensed way possible
My character's wife is the court physician. The disastrous mistreatment event occurred where the wife mistreated herself. Seems silly to have this kind of court physician event to happen to the actual court physician

Please explain how to reproduce the issue
Character's wife selected as the court physician, then disastrous mistreatment event occurs.

Is there anything else you think could help us identify/replicate the issue?
