Please explain the issue you experienced in the most condensed way possible
On the vassal tab not all skills are visible on the screen, only 3. Icon that shows why vassal relation is lowered is also beyond the screen. Switching to English brings UI back to normal
Please explain how to reproduce the issue
Start any game with Russian as an interface language
Is there anything else you think could help us identify/replicate the issue?
Played on mac book pro 2019 with external display. Resolution 1900x1200. Switching display from external to mac book does not solve the issue. Scaling UI helps minimal by allowing to see 4th skill, but that's it
