Please explain the issue you experienced in the most condensed way possible
So my King has 12 kids, 9 counties, 1 duchy, 1 Kingdom. my Kingdom uses High Partition. So it should apply to everything. Also using Absolute Crown Law.
My eldest son is not my heir, his younger brother is due to nomination. Eldest son inherited a county in Sweden through his mother, now all my county level titles are being decided by the Swedish partition law, not my Norman-Sicilian High Partition law.
Other brothers were given duchies and counties along the way, so none of them are inheriting, just this one Swedish count. Currently he's getting something absurd like 85% of my domain, despite the 50% or more condition on High Partition.
Please explain how to reproduce the issue
Be Sicily with High Partition. Marry in to the Swedish royal family with Partition. Have your wife inadvertently inherit a random county in Sweden after her 4 brothers die, wife dies, child inherits, nominate a different child as heir, every title you now acquire except your three primary ones will now go to the Swede.
Is there anything else you think could help us identify/replicate the issue?
