Please explain the issue you experienced in the most condensed way possible
Followers of faiths that preach that cannibalism is righteous and holy can only decide that they're going to become righteous and holy cannibals via random events like the cook feeding them a person without their knowledge, instead of choosing to become a cannibal by themselves because it's a righteous and holy thing to do, perhaps with some sort of ritual

Please explain how to reproduce the issue
Belong to a faith with the ritual cannibalism trait, but don't be a cannibal yet

Is there anything else you think could help us identify/replicate the issue?
To identify the issue, google 'ck3 become cannibal' and see how many players have this exact issue with this exact tenet, because it's ridiculous that the cannibalism religious trait has no sway on a person becoming a cannibal

Edit: After some googling, apparently if you reform your religion to have gruesome festivals and ritual cannibalism you can do this during the blots. Haven't verified, but I'll have to try it out!

That does work; I found that out quite by accident when replacing Norse's deity-selection with cannibalism.
