Please explain the issue you experienced in the most condensed way possible
Prior to inheriting the title the wife of my heir and my children were in a foreign court. Upon inheritance the wife came to my court but the children stayed behind. I cannot invite them to court and cannot educate them.

Please explain how to reproduce the issue
