My vassals are hoarding stupid amounts of money when they have things they could spend it on.
Please explain how to reproduce the issue
Build a big empire, build big vassals, wait
Is there anything else you think could help us identify/replicate the issue?
Really just the above. In the save file, Aquitaine is the worst offender, incomplete men at arms and blank barony tiles within the realm, and 99k gold in the bank. The current king of Ireland used to own Scotland and England too. He had that cash bank and incomplete men at arms, then lost 2 kingdoms to factions due to having inadequate military. Please tell the bots to spend their money.
