Please explain the issue you experienced in the most condensed way possible
All men have lipstick when possessing a Handsome/Beauty trait (ranks 1-3). This happens to all men, regardless of culture, age, personality, and any other context.

Please explain how to reproduce the issue
With the in-game console when playing as a male ruler, type add_trait beauty_good_1 (or ranks 2-3) and pay close attention to how the lips change color. Remove and re-apply the trait back and forth for comparison.

Is there anything else you think could help us identify/replicate the issue?

Just to emphasis, this is happening to all men with the handsome/beautiful-trait, regardless of the context, so even pagan vikings receive it. I don't think its WAD.
