The support service advised to contact here, so that this error does not occur in the future.

Played from 867 to 1453 in the Iron Will, received achievements and was very eager to reach the "end of an era". As a result, when the year 1453 came, the game crashed, took off, the preservation remained, but there was already January 1, 1453 and without the chosen ruler. Achievement in incentive was not received.

Please explain how to reproduce the issue
Play from 867 to 1453 in Iron Will as Muslims, creating the Barrakid Empire that owns lands from Scandinavia to the Sahara

In addition: at the onset of 1453, I received a notification about the end of the game, showed a report on the ruler and dynasty. At this point, the game froze and crashed.
The screenshot with the main screen shows some mayor from the game, but when you enter this save, the game loads without the selected ruler (as in the screenshot with the map).
