Please explain the issue you experienced in the most condensed way possible
The No Raiment modifier is applied to all adult courtiers by trait_specific_ongoing.1011, removing their clothing by decree of a lunatic king. Presumably, they should wish to redress themselves when no longer under his sway. However, neither their removal from court nor the death of the king himself will cause them to shed their birthday suit. Even the naked heir, upon succession, has no means of regaining his clothes.

Please explain how to reproduce the issue
The following is most easily done in -debug_mode:—

1. Trigger trait_specific_ongoing.1011
2. Dismiss any of your now-naked courtiers from court. Pin them for later use.
3. Kill yourself.
4. Let as much time pass as you'd like.

Observe the following effects:

1. If your new player character is naked, you have no means of regaining his clothes.
2. All characters deprived of their clothing will remain naked for the rest of their lives—both characters dismissed from the court of (and thus no longer subject to) the lunatic king, and courtiers who remain after the lunatic king has died.

Is there anything else you think could help us identify/replicate the issue?
The solution seems to me to remove diplomacy_majesty_4090_no_raiment_modifier any time a character's liege/host changes.

Additionally, it might be worth considering that unless a character has a reason to want to be nude (Deviant trait, perhaps?), having the 'No Raiment' modifier should give him a reason to want to accept invitations to (leave his lunatic king's) court.
