Please explain the issue you experienced in the most condensed way possible
Changing the Sexuality Distribution game rule doesn't change anyone's sexuality until after you've selected a character and loaded into the game proper, and when you do it rerolls everyone, including you, randomly every time. This makes it impossible to choose to play a character of a certain sexuality under non-default distribution.
Please explain how to reproduce the issue
Start new game.
Set game rule: Sexuality Distribution to anything other than default.
Note the sexuality of one or more rulers.
Start the game.
They probably changed.
Is there anything else you think could help us identify/replicate the issue?
