Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
In "The Savaka-Sangha" society my 2th and 3th attempt to steal artifact by bribing abbot, is not giving any artifact (after received information that "plan went flawlessly"). All attempts was made on different rulers, and all of them by bribing - only first was succesfully (item added to inventory)

getting another possibility to steal artifact from society
