CK 3 still giving c++ and net error after 1.7 hot fix

I've seen each of these cause issues with our games, although odd that it affects this one and not others. In any case please unload these, or prevent them from running at boot time then reboot:

C:\Program Files (x86)\RivaTuner Statistics Server\RTSS.exe
C:\Program Files (x86)\RivaTuner Statistics Server\RTSSHooksLoader64.exe
C:\Program Files (x86)\RivaTuner Statistics Server\EncoderServer.exe

C:\Program Files (x86)\MSI Afterburner\MSIAfterburner.exe

C:\Windows\System32\NahimicService.exe

The try the game - any better? Or at leats different?

Same thing. Thank you for trying to help. I guess I will need to wait until the next update and hopefully it will work. Maybe someone will see this and have some idea. I tired EU4 again and it works fine.
