While Playing the Save, I constantly get an error message popping up.

What expansions do you have installed?
What mods are you using?
As expected, the issue is not appearing without any mods. Tho I would really like to play with mods because my whole city is heavily modded, playing without mods would probably be better to start a new save.

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
After a few seconds of the save playing, there is the error message: Array index is out of range. [System.IndexOutOfRangeException] Details: No details popping up. This seems to be more frequent with faster simulation speed. The error can also stack, meaning there are sometimes up to 10 or smth error messages I have to close. While the time is paused this message doesn't pop up at all. It also seems everytime this error message happens some cars rubberband, but I am not sure if it's coincidental.
Can you replicate the issue? If yes, please explain how you did it.
Just starting up the save and letting the time play will get me this error message.
