The game is crash won't open

What is your game version?
1.16.1

What expansions do you have installed?
After Dark, Mass Transit, Industries, Sunset Harbor, Airports

What mods are you using?
No Mods

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
The game is crush. Won't open.

Can you replicate the issue? If yes, please explain how you did it.
I already update my windows 10, visual c++ and .net framework, still crash. I unsubscribe all the mod but it still crash also. Install and Uninstall also not fix the game crash and error message from keep coming.

Have you already tried verifying the integrity of your game files in Steam? If you have and it still didn't work, please attach your output log generated after the error. You can find it in: ...\Steam\steamapps\common\Cities_Skylines\Cities_Data\output_log.txt
