After buying DLC it keeps crashing

What is your game version?


What expansions do you have installed?
Natural Disasters, Mass Transit, Industries

What mods are you using?
none

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
After purchasing DLC and downloading them it now crashes when clicking play in the launcher

Can you replicate the issue? If yes, please explain how you did it.

You almost certainly have the Citrix Workspace problem.
