first, I think the Character Designer is a Masterpiece! ... (or better, the underlaying design options I already use from console since weeks ...) ... some days I spend more time in the character editor than in the game ...
But from an Artists view there is just one thing missing: asymmetry!
one eye smaller ... more shut ... a squint eye ... or even blind ... eyes at different height ... one hanging mouthcorner ... a sideways bend nose ... beaten up ... and ofc I badly miss the harelip! ... there are some options under “expression other” but more asymmetry would be supercool ...
just a suggestion for the days when you have nothing else to do and are bored to death in work
