I am playing as Brittania and invaded West Francia as they converted to Lollard. Upon handing out titles, I failed to notice the son I wanted to elect was married to a mayor and thus republican. Long story short, West Francia is now the Most Serene Republic of West Francia and my son is not an option to elect to the emperor of Brittania. Is there any way to make him eligible again and make West Francia feudal again short of revoking every title he has?
