Castile should be able to inherit Navarra, either by forming Spain or during the Iberian Wedding.

As it is now, Castile is stuck with a an OPM Personal Union after the Iberian Wedding and is unable to integrate it until the early-mid 1500s. Oftentimes I've seen Navarra still around after their overlord has formed Spain, and that just doesn't seem right.

With the upcoming Spanish rework, my proposal is you should either inherit Navarra alongside Aragon when forming Spain Diplomatically OR Aragon should annex it directly during the Iberian Union, similar to how Hungary annexes Croatia in the current patch.

Disagree, Navarre actually existed as a separate kingdom all the way until the mid 1800s when Spain finally cracked down on the Basque population in a centralization effort. Seeing AI Spain with Navarre in PU is actually more historically accurate than what most players do. People don't realise just how fractured Spain truly was in the period until the Nueva Planta decrees of the 1700s that created the modern day Kingdom of Spain that we know.

Technically, both Navarra, Aragon, Naples and temporarily Portugal were historically under a pu of king of The Spains until 1700s when the Borbon dinasty unified the land after the Succesion war, but it would be weird for gamepley reasons to have Spain in game with Aragon as personal union for a long time even if that would be more historical

Personally, I'm the crazy one that would love to see a mega fractured Spain with everything under union until the Nueva Planta decrees get passed, but I'm well aware everyone else would hate that lol
