Says "Key already registered." (many times)

Had some problems with HttT also.
 
Note that having EU3 CE registered is enough, registering EU3:Complete won't actually help you with anything. Also I see you have HttT registered, so I'm not sure what nature of problem you are referring to there.

In any case moving to the Forum Help forum.
