Its a bug which I was never able to fix (yet). If someone could help me, that would be great. Plot code is confusing AF.
I know i'm like two months too late, but getting this mod https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=650603769 was an easy fix to allow me to plot to kill again. If you really want tho, i'm sure you could try overwriting the code in the lux invicta files with stuff from this little mod
