Cant make a peace offer

I need your help again. All my data is in my post above.
The problem is when trying to make a peace offer it may say you can't make another offer until "date'. The date will be a date long past, so it will never arrive. Waiting 5 years does not work. Sometimes saving and then reloading the game, and then loading the save works.

I do remember there were issues like this, but I thought they'b been resolved in later patches ... do you have the 1.09 patch installed?

OK, on looking into it, it seems this issue was never fixed as we could never pin it down well enough

Sorry about that. You could try asking in the User Mods forum on how to edit that situation out of your saved game.
