Can't enable achivements on Steam

I've tried multiple things to enable achivements when starting a new game but they are always disabled. I've tried uninstalling the game and reinstalling but the issue is still present.

And yes, ironmode is on and I select normal difficulty. No mods are installed.

Just resolved the issue. There was a mod installed that I hadn't seen. This post can be closed.
