hi, i have only played germnay so far onthe pcgame but it seems that after 2-3 turns i cant build in the conquered areas.

We have updated our Community Code of Conduct. Please read through the new rules for the forum that are an integral part of Paradox Interactive’s User Agreement.
You can never and could never build in the conquered area in Diplomacy. That's a standard rule of the game and not a bug.
