Can't accept EULA - can't play

So I can't click on the Continue button in the EULA ! it lights up when i hover over it but clicking doesn't do anything so I can't get in to play

does anyone know what config file has that? is there a way to manually edit it to accept ?

the imperator twitter account lead me to the answer ! if you are running into this the new windows "ransomware protection" is causing it - you have to cut it off or setup a exception for the launcher (it prevents progs from writing to certain folders) its in defender settings under virus / threat detection
