Cannot see mods in the launcher after the recent update

Hello, mainly looking for help here as I wanted to start a new run but can't seem to get the mods to appear / work.
I've unsubbed from all my workshop addons and added only the ones I wanted to use, I cleared my mods folder and deleted the sqlite folder and modregistry or something similar as recommended in other threads, however I can't seem to get it to work?

Can ignore, seemed to have found a fix with my antivirus AVG being weird. Had to disable for it to work.

I have the same problem, I disabled the antivirus, but it worked correctly before.

You may need help from AVG on how to allow the game and launcher through it, as I'm sure you don't want to run with no AV protection!
