Can you please leave the old version online, if the new one won’t let me load my save game?

Once again I have to give up a game in contexts of Bolivar(?) because an update was applied and I can’t downgrade because only Stella Polaris is online. So another week wasted and the targeted achievement not get.

If you have Steam, you can rollback to previous patches.
They didn’t leave the previous version online.

The current one is 1.14.2, so I guess the save will only work with 1.14.1? 1.13.7 doesn’t work.

Most likely you were on the beta patch, if so then it is just something you have to expect. Its beta for a reason.

If not, id suggest staying on the stable branch. You can never go back with a save, as its simply not compatible

Minor patches are usually save compatible though

I didn’t enroll for any beta. I started a new game after ToA came out the week before and until yesterday everything worked fine. Then a new patch was downloaded and after quitting the game I couldn’t load it anymore. :(
