Can I increase book slots (library)?

I was shocked and gutted to see that books are equipped now (after HF, I believe) and take slots, of which you just have 4, "a library".

Can I increase the number? And how?

It only shows number of slots + the books themselves.

Or do you propose to cheat? I actually meant to increase the 4 amount by the in-game means, if possible (like buulding great libraries, events, focuses, skills, etc).
