Buildings transparent, roads don't have guides

Booted up for the first time in a week, and my cities' buildings are transparent, with an overlay of buildings as well.

In addition, roads no longer have guides showing their range of influence for buildings.

TAA was for example not working right before latest patch, maybe there is another option that doesn't works right.

it is something with the new added dlss option.The bug is only there when dlss is disabled.There is already a Bug-report about that.
