(Bug report) Revoking titles to which you have a claim to still results in tyranny?

As of patch 1.1, I have noticed that revoking county titles that my ruler as a strong or weak claim on will still count as a tyrannical action. I have attached four screenshots in which this is seen with Duke Nuno of Portucale as an example. Screenshot 1 shows Nuno having a weak title claim on the county of Braganza. When I choose to revoke this title from my vassal, the tooltip says this would 'not incur a tyranny penalty, as I have a claim on the title' (screenshot 2). However, when my vassal accepts to hand over the county of Braganza to me, the effects show a tyranny penalty (screenshot 3). My other vassal has an opinion penalty towards me because of tyranny in screenshot 4.

Am I missing something, or is this a bug introduced in the new patch?

What level was your crown authority?

It was still on autonomous vassals in screenshot 1, but I changed it to Limited crown authority as of screenshot 2.
