[bug] oldtown and surrounding provinces wasteland

They just load in like that, characterless, from the main menu, all saves/bookmarks. If you try to play a Hightower character you immediately game-over. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the mod to no effect. Anyone else seen this?

The affected provinces are those whose names are not capitalized in their history file's names:

$ ls AGOT-2.2/history/provinces/ | grep -Pv '^[0-9]+ - [A-Z]'
258 - appleton.txt
270 - ashford.txt
284 - sommerset.txt
286 - oldtown.txt
287 - uplands.txt
290 - sunhouse.txt

Renaming them to capitalize the first letter (e.g. "258 - appleton.txt" to "258 - Appleton.txt") fixes the issue.
