Bug in pillars of eternity 2 ps4

In pillars of eternity 2 ps4 .....Just wondering if a issue has been addressed , where after changing party members ....some times itll show members there but they arent , or if you dismiss a member but they stay on screen and appear in every zone you go to .... this has happend to me 3 times , each time i started a new game , wont start a new game agian till this is fixed , i cant be the only one this happens to right ? Lol thank you for your time
