Steps to reproduce​

I have completed the research for the building and built the building. Then the bug appeared.
During this run I got the achievements "Mainline Timeline" and "Glitch #1".

Note:
When I load the saves, the wrong value is still displayed. But after completing a new turn, the correct value appears.
