Bought FtG - but where is the game/file??

I just bought FtG through Paradox website. Payed. But where is the game? No download, no file delivered to my mail address.

Got the product keys now. But where do I find the game?

I believe the Paradox website simply sells Steam keys for FtG (and perhaps for all the games it sells).

I got the game, it was downloaded with the Steam install after I registered at Steam. (Which I didn't understand I had to do first.)
