Summary
Bohemia's Tier 1 government reform "Bohemian Elective Monarchy" breaks personal unions after succession warsDescription
The reform triggers an election when the ruler dies; it doesn't trigger the event when forced into a union manually or when one forms naturally, but the election event will happen if a succession war breaks out upon their ruler's death and the attacker forms a union. I assume adding a requirement to the government reform "is not a junior partner in a personal union" would force them to take a different reform and prevent the bugged event from firing when the PU is contested in war.Steps to reproduce
play as bohemiawait out the interregnum
elect a neighboring dynasty
royal marry the rival of that dynasty's country
hover over the ruler's name in the UI and check the "on ruler death" tooltip to see who the succession war will be between, "succession war between Austria and Poland" means Austria will form a PU and Poland can declare war over it
switch to the country that will get the chance to declare a succession war
use console to kill bohemia's ruler
declare the war through the popup
use the console to give yourself max war score and force the union in the peace deal
open the log to see Bohemia's election has fired and the union is broken
