Hello Everyone,

I am currently running a heavily modded build of Stellaris and was wondering if there are any mods out there that allow for planets in unsurveyed systems to be covered in the grey overlay that shows when you don't have enough intel on the system.

i understand that its meant to be futuristic and that in 2200 people would probably be able to see other system's planet types, but i would like the feel of actually travelling to the system and discovering the planets one by one with a science ship...

TIA,

I was just looking for a mod which does this. Sadly no luck sofar. Currently when you goto war with someone and you fly into their systems everything is uncovered, i too would prefer it to stay grey and also be able to send science ships into other empires backyard and make missions there, maybe unlocked in combination with a mutual science agreement. It is a nice meta game to have the science ships flying around doing stuff and it always sadens me when they are just standing around. Sure i can put them to work at science planets to increase the output ... then again they have collected specialised traits for exploring often and all traits have no effect on the research assist.
