I don't know if I am allowed to nominate someone here now or not, so please correct me if I do something wrong here. But for the benefit of keeping the AARwards moving I'd like to nominate, yet again, Nick Giordano Just look at the parts of his latest chapter 18 in Österreich über Alles: The detail he puts into his many(!) characters, the difference of behaviour he gives them, the depth of research he puts into historical figures speak for themselves.
