Repeated Game Crashes

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
BattleTech.exe is attempting to read from an "invalid address" and causing an access violation.

Steps to reproduce the issue
1. Select contract.
2. Select roster.
3. Map loading after roster select causes guaranteed crash.
