One line summary of your issue
no salvage to choose from, can't get out of menu

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
After a successfull mission where I killed some oponents there was no salvage to choose from. Then I can't get out of the salvage option menu and had to Alt F4. Attached a screenshot.
Thank for your help in advice.
