Incorrect MAX HEALTH listed

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
When purchasing a new mechwarrior from the Hiring Hall, all warriors are listed as having MAX HEALTH 3 no matter what their GUTS skill is.

Steps to reproduce the issue
Go to any Hiring Hall and find Mechwarriors with 4 or more guts skill.
